Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing your order.

Shipping

We will make every effort to prepare and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

LittleSproutPlayCo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery and we will do our best to help.

Sensory Play & Safety

Our products are intended for sensory play and are not food.

Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult while using our sensory products. Please inspect products before each use and remove any damaged or broken pieces.

Our sensory fillers may contain small pieces that can present a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children who are unable to safely handle small objects.

Adults are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child and for supervising its use.
